The Dow House is right on the ocean. Its rocky beach is a launching point for the house rowboat or for walks on the mudflats when the tide is low. The large wraparound porch and backyard hammock and swing overlook the water.
The house has five bedrooms and sleeps ten guests comfortably. There are two rooms with queen
beds, two rooms with sets of twin beds, and a library with a trundle bed. Two eastern facing bedrooms look out over the ocean.
The house has one large bathroom with a clawfoot tub, as well as an outdoor shower.
The spacious kitchen retains many of its original features, including a large porcelain sink, wood cabinets, and open shelving. A sunny breakfast nook on the front porch overlooks the water.
